Cyprus: Elements
For the last four years I’ve been making a photographic project about Cyprus. It’s now initially available as an e-book, for all tablets, via Amazon, link below. Here's a few photographs from the book. There’s work contains images from every part of the island, including those occupied by Turkey since the invasion of 1974. I went out at dawn on the first day of the hunt, photographed the grape harvest near Kathikas. I spent time in Karpass and met and photographed members of the enclaved community. I spent time with the UN, photographed the families of the missing and the funerals of lost ones recently recovered. Alongside this artists like Nikos Kouroussis, the inspiring activist Anastasia Papadopoulou, leaders such as Stella Kyriakides and young entrepreneurs like Theo Middleton. It was a privilege and an education to have the chance to meet so many extraordinary people on this beautiful island, so I share it with you now. Book is available in Cyprus or as an electronic version here: https://www.amazon.co.uk/CYPR.../dp/B08M9V9Y4P/ref=sr_1_1...
